D-TARGET ANNOUNCES COMPLETION OF ACQUISITION BY PREMIER RESEARCH GROUP

As of this morning, we are particularly pleased to announce the completion of acquisition of D-TARGET SA by Premier Research Group. This agreement constitutes a milestone for us all by combining one of the world’s leading specialized medical device CROs with a highly respected pharmaceutical and biotechnology CRO in order to fulfill a shared vision of quality service, innovative solutions and commitment to medical technology manufacturers around the world.

Through combined resources, our collaboration with Premier Research will strengthen our ability to respond more efficiently to manufacturer’s needs concerning combination products as well as offering a broader range of services for the global market. As a result of this agreement D-TARGET will continue to grow and prosper for the years to come while continuing to focus on its core medical device expertise.

All of us at D-TARGET remain committed to providing the highest level of quality service, and it is important to note that following the closing of the acquisition, the D-TARGET business will be maintained and continue to operate from our offices located in Montagny-près-Yverdon, Switzerland.
